Memorial Day Murph
Join our annual Deep End Fitness x Elevate Fitness Memorial Day Murph Challenge in honoring those that have made the ultimate sacrifice for our great nation. There is no better way to honor the fallen than to sweat and suffer (just for a little while) as a community and support the active duty and veteran men and women who are still with us today.
For the veterans and active duty members that have returned home from deployments, their battle is not always over, and it’s our job to help them transition back into life at home. During this event we will be supporting Operation Resilience, a 501c3 non-profit organization that helps transitioning special operations veterans heal from internal and external wounds, find community, purpose, and adventure.

Opening Ceremony: 9:00am
Heat 1 (advanced) Launch: 9:30am

San Juan Capistrano Patriot Double Loop HIKE
Participate in Operation Resilience’s year end hike, we'll be doing a little guided moving meditation at the half way point to set our intentions for the new year.
We will be hiking the San Juan Capistrano Patriot Double Loop. It is a 9.8mi hike that will take approx 4.5hrs.
Feel free to bring whatever gear, water, food/snacks you will need but it is recommended to bring at least 4-5qts of water and 400-600 calories worth of snacks or food. We will meet at 8:00am at Las Ramblas Trailhead (link below) in residential parking.
